SnapSub will review your submitted information, with accounts typically verified within about an hour. Once verified, simply add a credit card and your basic childcare center details to begin posting shifts.

SnapSub charges childcare centers a $40 placement fee per shift, regardless of the role or shift length, provided the shift is at least three hours. Posting a shift is free, and the fee is typically charged only after a completed shift. If no educator is hired or the shift does not take place, there is no fee. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the shift begins, the $40 fee still applies.

The SnapSub placement fee is automatically charged to the credit card added to your account before posting shifts. The fee is generally charged after the shift ends, except for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.Childcare centers can pay educators through SnapSub Payments, SnapSub’s in-app payment system, or use an off-platform payment method such as check, electronic transfer, or direct deposit.

Once your childcare center account is verified and a credit card has been added, you can create shifts directly from your dashboard. Select the date, time, and role you need coverage for, then provide the basic childcare center information that will be shared with the educator.
